| Tumblin' Kanga and Roos (Moms and Tots) This class is for mothers and their toddlers who together learn basic tumbling skills, increasing the toddler's coordination and flexibility. Our staff provides a safe and exciting environment with themed activities each week. Tumblin' Tiggers (3-4 year olds) While learning basic tumbling skills and techniques this class is designed to not only increase knowledge and skills on various pieces of equipment but also enhances your child's awareness of safety, helps build self esteem and builds better social skills. CETA Club (5-7 year olds) Our structured classes are designed to teach your child the basic skills needed to progress in tumbling. Continued safety instruction compliments a full understanding of skills learned while also increasing your child's stamina and physical enhancement. Skills learned in these classes include: cartwheels, back rolls, handstands, dive forward rolls, round offs, one arm cartwheels, back extension rolls and an introduction to back handsprings. CETA Club (8-12 years olds) Our intermediate classes are geared to improve our athletes by building a strong gymnastics foundation. Students begin learning USA Gymnastic level routines while learning the following advanced skills: round offs, back walkovers, front handsprings, front tucks and back handsprings. Increased physical conditioning is an added value to these classes. CETA Club Advanced The advanced classes are designed for specific skill level progression; students must show a proficiency in various skills for placement in these classes. Upon placement in these classes students will learn backhand spring sequence, whips, back tuck, pike, straight and twisting somersaults and much more. Tumbling Team Levels 4-5 Competitive team for levels 4 and 5, on an invitation only basis; students in this class have already completed the requirements for competition levels 1 through 3. Class time focuses on routines and skills specific to levels 4 and 5 and will prepare the athlete for advanced levels. Students accepted into this class are expected to be self motivated and exhibit the discipline required to learn and compete at these levels. Team Level 6-10, Jr. & Sr. Elite This is an advanced competition class that requires focus, dedication, and determination. It is fast paced and designed to enhance each student's skills and abilities significant to each level of advancement. Students will experience increased stamina and physical fitness. Athletes at this level are able to compete at local, state, regional and national levels. This class is by invitation only. Tumble Workshop This class is geared for students who only want to work to improve their back handspring skills. Emphasis will be on form, speed, and power. Beginner back handspring to advanced tumbling is allowed in this class. Perfect for cheerleaders who are working to get their backhandspring for H.S. tryouts. |
classes | Mini Cheer (5-9 years old) This class is for beginners to learn cheers, jumps, stunting and presentation. We emphasize proper cheer technique and motions along with basic tumbling. Classes are geared to be high energy and excitement. Jr. Cheer (10-12 year old) This class is designed to prepare athletes for competition cheerleading. Class emphasis includes teamwork, good work ethic, stamina and dedication. Instruction also includes cheers, dance, tumbling and basic to advanced stunting. H.S. Cheer Prep. Get prepared for High School Cheer tryouts. This class emphasizes arm motions, jumps, kicks, tumbling, rallying and presentation. Classes are structured to give an all around background of cheerleading to improve the student's confidence when preforming in front of a crowd or judges for Cheer tryouts. All Star Cheer Team (12 - 17 years old) (Coach Approval Only) This is an advanced competition class that requires a yearlong comitment. 2 weekly practices are required for the class with a few extra practices on the weekend. This class is fast paced and requires an extreme focus on routines and stunting. Students will experience increased stamina and physical fitness along with team camraderie. The All-Star Cheer Team will compete at local, state, regional and national levels. This class is by invitation only. Tumble Workshop This class is geared for students who only want to work to improve their back handspring skills. Emphasis will be on form, speed, and power. Beginner back handspring to advanced tumbling is allowed in this class. Perfect for cheerleaders who are working to get their backhandspring for H.S. tryouts. |
