Ceta Policies
REGISTRATION FEE:
Non refundable $30.00 is due upon enrollment, and every August there after. Family rates are available.
TUITION PAYMENT:
The tuition is billed monthly and must be paid on a monthly basis. Due before or during the first week (1st 7 days) of every month. Tuition is due upon enrollment, which will be prorated to date of enrollment necessary. Credit for family vacations may be arranged in advance, prior to miseed classes for credit to be received.
PUNCH CARD:
Non transferable to any family member, friend, relative, etc. Each punch card expires within 60 calander days of purchase date. Punch cards must only be used for classes of athlete's ability. Cost may vary according to class.
LATE FEES:
A $10.00 late fee will be added to each account showing forth a balance
after the first week of every month (1st 7 days). Accounts not current by the end of a 60-day period will be subject to collection (if you are having difficulty with tuition payment, ask management for possible payment plan arrangements).
CHECK RETURN:
A $30.00 return check fee will be added to each account that has had a
check returned.
OTHER CHARGES:
Meet fees, USAG dues, transportation costs, meals, and lodging are not included in the price of tuition and will be your responsibility. These fees, plus tuition must be paid before students attend and participate in any meet of function.
CANCELLATION:
Unless written notice is given to the office, billing will continue for subsequent months. No refunds will be given. Not even for gymnasts
who quit at any time during the month. Two weeks written notice must be received in the office to avoid being billed for
the up coming month.
VACATION: If arranged ahead 2 weeks; credit may be given for family vacations.
MAKEUP POLICY:
As a courtesy to our customers, make ups will be given on a case by case
basis which will be determined by the staff. Make ups must be done within
30 days of the missed class and must be scheduled in advance. Abuse of this policy will constitute revocation of said policy.
CLOSED DAYS:
No refunds or credits will be given when the gym is closed. Some months have more than four weeks of classes; some have slightly less due to holidays, school breaks, etc. There are 52 weeks in the year, which will aloow CETA to close for 2 weeks in December, one week in the spring and possibly in the month of July. These vacation days will average over time so there will not be any credits given for holidays or school vacations (CETA will always try and follow the Nebo School District's hiliday and vacation schedule).
FAMILY DISCOUNTS:
Regular price for the highest level class, 15% off for 2nd child and a
10% off there after all other children. Family discounts need to be arranged
in advance in the office.
OBSERVATION POLICY:
Observers are welcome, but must remain in the observation area due to
safety concerns. This includes all children observers; this
insures a safe environment. This policy has no exceptions.
NEWSLETTERS AND HANDOUTS:
Newsletters will be handed out periodically, as well as additional information notes. Please remind your child to pick these up before leaving the building. You will be kept informed if you pick up these notes and handouts.
BEHAVIOR:
Competitive Edge Tumbling Academy retains the right to remove any child from class or the program who exhibits behavior deemed inappropriate by coaches or staff of CETA; which, is unsafe to the students or other participants, including parents keeping spectator and/or participating children off the equipment before and after classes.
